Bonfire Night Cake

For those of you who follow me over on Instagram, you’ll know that this was a super last-minute blog post (I really need to start planning ahead…). I’m actually really glad that I made the quick decision to bake this toffee apple gingerbread loaf cake. It’s delicious, easy to make, and the perfect accompaniment to celebrate Bonfire Night tonight!

My Night-Time Routine

With university deadlines looming and stress levels rising, I find that it’s more important than ever that I have a good night-time routine to ensure that I get a decent night’s sleep! These are the things I do to help me relax and de-stress ready for bed – which must work because according to my Fitbit I’ve been having better sleep than usual!
