Sorry, I’ve been MIA! I had an infection in my wisdom tooth and a fear of the dentist really didn’t help, but I’m feeling much better now and I’m back to doing what I love; blogging! Bonfire Night Cake

For those of you who follow me over on Instagram, you’ll know that this was a super last-minute blog post (I really need to start planning ahead…). I’m actually really glad that I made the quick decision to bake this toffee apple gingerbread loaf cake. My Night-Time Routine

With university deadlines looming and stress levels rising, I find that it’s more important than ever that I have a good night-time routine to ensure that I get a decent night’s sleep!
